摘要
有人把泵比喻为化工生产工艺流程中的“心脏。不论是重工业还是轻工业，不论是尖端的科学技术还是日常的生活，到处都需要用泵，到处都可以看到有泵在运行。泵在国民经济各部门都会需要。泵一旦出现故障将直接影响生产，严重时造成停产。泵在泵的好坏也直接影响到生产的正常进行，所以泵的正确安装使用和维修保养将起重要的作用。
本文从实际出发，通过现场对各种离心泵的拆卸安装，将拆卸下的离心泵零部件及拆卸安装过程和拆卸中所遇到的问题加以叙述.再结合理论对离心泵常见故障加以分析并提出解决方法。

Abstract
It was the pump for the chemical production process metaphor of heart. Whether heavy or light, whether it is cutting-edge science and technology, or day-to-day life, everywhere need to pump, can be seen everywhere have pumps running. Pump in the national economy will need all departments. Once the pump failure will directly affect the production, caused a serious production. The quality of pumps in the pump have a direct impact on the normal production, so the correct pump installation and maintenance will play an important role.
In this paper, the reality of the scene through the demolition of various centrifugal pump installation, will be demolished under the centrifugal pump parts and demolition and removal of the installation process in the described problems.
