王均镇，笔名鲁燕，1952年出生于山东省蒙阴县。
自上世纪七十年代在山东人民出版社出版诗集——《沂蒙新歌》发表处女作以来，在济南出版社出版个人诗集《山野》；上世纪九十年代中期在作家出版社出版了诗集《漂泊岁月》，在中国文联出版社出版诗集《穿越灵魂的眼睛》，影视文学剧本《沂蒙山的诉说》、《刘谦初》、《信仰》、《古庵奇缘》；在《山东文学》、《时代文学》、《作家报》、《文学世界》、《当代社会》等十多家报刊发表诗歌、纪实文学、小说、散文、随笔、文学评论等数十余篇，累计发表了100余万字的文学作品。诗集《漂泊岁月》获第二届山东省青春诗会优秀作品一等奖，诗集《穿越灵魂的眼睛》获哈尔滨冰雪诗会优秀作品奖等。
